Good Morning.  Another beautiful day on the Gulf Coast.  Its not to hot and humid yet.  Today we are going to talk about drain lines.  But first a note about the Return Air Grills.

I would like to add that if your Return Air Grill is located on a wall close to the floor.  That you should not place any furniture in front of it.  This will block the air flow to your unit and it will not deliver cooled or heated air properly to your home.

Now on to Drain Lines.

Over time your Drain Line can build up with algae.  To keep this from happening you should pour a small amount of bleach (1/4 cup) down  the drain line monthly.  Its a good idea to do this the same day that you change your filter.
