Preventive maintenance for Condensers. One of the problems you can have is those pesky little ants getting into the contactor on your condenser. The ants can get into the contactor and cause your condenser not to come on which makes for a very hot day. The best way to prevent this is to spray bug spray around the bottom or your condenser or put out some granular ant killer. You can also blow some air onto the contactor periodically to keep ants, spiders and various other little pests out.
